Brandon Jones pitched six innings this afternoon, allowing only five hits and just one run to help lead Leroy to a three-to-one win over Hatton to clinch the Class Two-A state title this afternoon. Today's game was the second in the finals series. Leroy defeated Hatton eight-to-nothing yesterday evening. The second inning was the only one that saw any scoring. Taylor White, Grant Brown and Clint Mosely scored one run apiece for Leroy, and Tevin Terrell scored Hatton's lone run. Matthew Dudley took the loss for Hatton, giving up three runs in seven innings of pitching.
