Authorities say FBI agents arrested former DallasCowboy Leonardo Carson at his Irving home on drug-related charges.
Carson was arrested Thursday on charges out of the U.S.
Attorney's office for the Southern District of Alabama. The charges
allege he conspired to possess with intent to distribute cocaine,
crack cocaine and marijuana.
Carson, 32, a former Auburn University football player, was
drafted by the San Diego Chargers in 2000. He played defensive
tackle for the Dallas Cowboys during the 2003-2004 season before
being cut in 2005.
