The BayBears scored five times in the first inning, on their way to a 10-2 win over the visiting Jacksonville Suns. Justin Upton hit a two-run home run in his first Double-A at bat, and finished 1-for-3 with a walk and two RBI's in his BayBears debut. Jonathan Castellanos (4-3) was the winning pitcher, tossing six innings, allowing two runs on six hits. Chris Kinsey and Dustin Glant combined for three innings of scoreless relief. Offensively, Phil Avlas and Emilio Bonifacio were both 2-for-5, and Carlos Gonzalez was 2-for-4 with an RBI double. The BayBears have now won two of the first three games of the series against the Dodgers Double-A affiliate. The BayBears and Suns play Tuesday at 7:05 with Matt Green (3-2) taking the mound for Mobile against Mike Megrew (1-3).
