Why is it so important that woman be EQUAL to men? I pray that if I ever become man’s equal, someone just shoot me. As for jobs, I have never worked where I did not receive regular raises at least every two month not because I was a woman, but because I did my job. Heaven help me if I ever had to sue someone to pay me because I was a woman and a man made more. that would just tell me I wasn’t working up to par.

Sorry kx and glambitz-I’m 100% girl and think it is funny as heck that it made the boy look inferior to a girl. I think the story did nothing but promote the fact that girls can do anything (well, except for maybe a couple) that boys can, and DO IT BETTER. If everyone wants her to be EQUAL to a man, she needs to have one of those operations. Then she will be equal, until then she is female and the other male and NOT equal.

OO come on when I was in elamentry and middle school we guys use to pick on each other if a girl got one up on a guy. Its something guys say to pick on each other, its not directed as an insult to a woman. If anything its praising the girl for winning again a guy. I for one was not raised to believe Men are better then women. So your saying my father tought me the so called Idiology that Men are better.. Don’t flatter yourself!!
I do not argue that fact that sexism exist at times, but for God sack folks like you need to stop using that term at every little comment or act that is made. I do believe if a man and woman are duing the same exact job they should be paid equally, but at the same time if one has more education than the other why shouldn’t that person be paid more whether its a guy or girl.

And about the elementary school kids…
When someone thinks it is “funny” that a guy is beat by a girl, it is because that person believes that women are inferior to men. That is obviously a LEARNED ideology that has been keeping women down since the beginning of time.

Sexism is alive and well, and it pains me to see that Randy is part of it. I was actually awarded a sum of money from a national pizza chain because they were paying an under-qualified male employee a significantly larger amount than I.
