McCarron joins current Auburn sophomore Neil Caudle, Mobile native, JaMarcus Russell and Brodie Croyle as Elite 11 representatives from Alabama.
He earned the invitation after competing among 75 campers last week in a regional Elite 11 camp in Las Vegas. He was one of just three campers who receives invitations to move on.
McCarron led the Saints to their first state football championship last season, completing 145 of 232 passes for 2,532 yards with 26 touchdowns and just three interceptions.
