BACON CHEESE CANAPES:
1 egg $ .11
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1.33
1 loaf bread, crusts removed, cut in quarters .79
1 jar cooked crumbled bacon 1.37

Total for 80 canapes: $3.80
Mix the egg, cheese and seasonings, spread on bread squares, top with bacon and bake at 325 degrees till cheese is melted and canapés are hot.
BLACK BEAN DIP:
1 can black bean soup $1.00
2 8 oz. cream cheese @.89 each 1.78
1 small onion finely chopped .25
1 T. mayonnaise .10
2 t. chopped parsley .10
dash of hot sauce .05
Total for 10 or more servings: $3.28
Beat all ingredients well with an electric mixer. Serve with corn chips. (Add another $1.00)
TUNA SNACKS:
1 flat can tuna in water, drained $1.25
½ 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese @ .89 for 8 oz. .45
3 chopped green onions .10
1 t. garlic powder with parsley .10
1 tin of crescent rolls 1.50
Total for 16 snacks: $3.40
Mix all ingredients except the rolls. Unroll the crescent rolls and cut each triangle in half, making 16 pieces. Place 1 T. of the tuna mixture into each triangle and roll up. Spray with olive oil spray and sprinkle with garlic powder. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
