TEXAS DIP:
½ lb. sausage, cooked and drained on sale $1.00
2 T. chopped jalapeno peppers, chopped .15
¼ lb. Velveeta, cubed on sale 2.99 for 2 lbs. .40
1 c. diced tomatoes .50
1 c. chopped onions .50
1 T. minced fresh garlic .25
¼ c. milk .25
1/3 chopped fresh cilantro .20
Total to serve 10 to 12: $3.25
Mix all the ingredients except the tomato and cilantro together and either microwave or cook in a fry pan until the cheese is melted. Top with tomato and cilantro and serve hot with corn chips.
