Sweet Potato Casserole
2 13 oz cans of sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 teaspoon nutmet
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups minature marshmallows
Mix all ingredients together, excep marshmallows. Pour into a 2 quart greased baking dish and cover top with marshmallows. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
