Summer Salads Recipe

Chicken Salad
5 large cooked chicken breasts, boned & shredded
1 15 oz. can crushed pineapple (save juice)
2 cups diced celery
2 teaspoons curry powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients & chill.

Pasta Salad
1 package cooked pasta
1 cup diced celery
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1 tomato, diced
1/2 cup diced cheese
2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing
Mayonnaise to desired consistency
2 teaspoons Tony's
Mix all indredients & chill.

Fruit Salad
Large chunks of seasonal fruit tossed with pineapple juice so the fruit won't turn brown.
