Strawberry Bread
3 cups self rising flour
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 beaten eggs
1 small tub frozen strawberries, thawed
1 cup chopped pecans (or any nut)
1 tsp almond flavoring
Combine everything except strawberries. Mix well with mixer. Add strawberries and mix well by hand. Put in two 8 inch loaf pans. Cook for about 1 hour or an hour and a half AT 350 degrees. Enjoy!
