Southern Pecan Sundae
2 cups ginger cookies crushed
2 Pints Butter Pecan Ice Cream
1 Bottle of Caramel Sauce
1 can of whipped cream
2 oz chopped pecans
4 cherries
Put a hand full of crumbled cookies in a bowl and add 1 scoop of buttered pecan ice cream. Then add more crumbles and another scoop of ice cream. Pour caramel sauce over the ice cream and top with whipped cream, pecans and cherries.
