Shrimp and Portabella Recipe

16 Large gulf shrimp

1 tbl olive oil

1 tbl garlic

2 portabella cap sliced

1 cup white wine

1 stick unsalted butter

1 sprig tarragon

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon white pepper

1 teaspoon kosher salt

In large saute' pan add olive oil and garlic on high heat, place gulf shrimp and lightly sautee. Deglaze with white wine and emulsify the butter into the wine reduction. Add fresh tarragon and spices serve with fresh pasta.
