Sesame Beef Salad 3 tbsp vegatable oil 2 tbsp rice vinegar 2 tbsp chili sauce 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sugar 1 clove miniced garlic 1/4 tsp tabasco 2 tsp sesame oil 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, divided 1/4 pound thinly sliced rare roast beef, cut in 1 1/2 x 1/4 strips 4 center cut red onion slices, separated into rings 1 small yellow, bell pepper, cut into strips 1/2 cup bean sprouts 1/4 fresh spinach, torn into bite size pieces cherry tomatoes to taste Enoki or fresh button mushroom slices to taste. In a medium saucepan, combine oil, vinegar, chili sauce, soy sauce, sugar, garlic and tobasco. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in sesame oil and 1 tbsp of sesame seeds. Let dressing cool to lukewarm. In a medium bowl, combine beef, onion rings, bell pepper, bean sprouts and spinach. To serve, place on salad plates and sprinke with remaining sesame seeds.
