Seafood Bow Tie Salad Recipe

3 Cup dry bow tie pasta (7 oz)

1/4 Cup mayonnaise

1/2 tsp. sugar

1/2 Cup cucumber, seeded and finely chopped

1/4 Cup sliced green onions

salt & pepper to taste

1/2 Cup sour cream

2 Tbsp. lemon juice

1/2 tsp. dill weed

1/2 Cup finely chopped celery

1/3 Cup shredded carrot

1 lb. cooked small shrimp or combination imitation crab meat and shrimp



Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain; rinse with cold water. Drain again; set aside. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, stir together the sour cream, mayo, lemon juice, sugar and dill weed. Add the cooked pasta, cucumber, celery, carrot and green onions; toss to coat. Add seafood; gently to combine. Cover and chill in refrigerator at least one hour.
