1 lb. cheesecake mix
6 cups milk
¼ cup amaretto
1 T. vanilla extract
2 cups chopped trefoil cookies
Mix all ingredients.
Prepare ahead of time:
12 ounce glasses.
1 T. chopped Samoa cookies in bottom of glass.
1 T. fresh blueberries.
Fill glass ½ full with prepared mixture, cover and refrigerate.
When serving:
Fill glass with sliced strawberries and top with whip cream.
