Panee Tuna with Pineapple & Tomato Salsa Recipe

8 oz Tuna Steak
2 Cups Bread Crumbs
3 Table Spoons Butter
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Fresh Tomato & Pineapple Salsa
4 cups Fresh Diced Tomatoes
2 cups Fresh Diced Pineapple
1 Whole Jalapeno Chile, Seeded and Chopped Finely
¼ Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
2 Cloves Garlic, Chopped Finely
1/8-Cup Lime Juice
3 Table Spoons Sugar



Tuna Preparation


Place Butter in Skillet and melt over low heat.
Place Bread Crumbs on Plate and Roll Tuna on all sides.
Place Tuna in Skillet and Sautee until it is cooked Medium.
(About 3 Min on Each Side)
Salsa Preparation
Place All Ingredients in a Mixing bowl and Toss
