Jumbo Lump Crab and Shrimp Frittata
Ingredients:
½ pound Jumbo Lump Crab
16/20 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
Scallions
Old Bay Seasoning
Shallots
Parmesan Cheese
Cheddar Cheese
1 Idaho Potato, (Thinly Sliced)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Method:
Begin by sautéing shallots and shrimp in a non stick pan. Add potatoes, Eggs and Cheese, salt and pepper and Old Bay. Place entire pan into oven at 350 and bake for 30 min or until set.
