1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. salsa
1 1/2 c cooked chicken cut into strips
2 c. cooked rice, white or brown
1/2 kielbasa sausage, sliced
1 can stewed tomatoes
Saute onion and green pepper in a sprayed frying pan. Remove from pan and set aside. Slice sausange and stir fry until lightly browned, set aside. Spray the pan again and stir fry the chicken, add the salsa and stewed tomatoes and bring to a quick boil. Add the cooked rice, the vegetables and the sausage and stir well. Serve hot with french bread and a salad.
