GRAHAM CRACKER SANDWICHES
3 graham crackers
3 Tablespoons of Peanut butter
Sprinkle of Ground cinnamon
1 small banana

1. Break graham crackers into 2 squares.
2. Spread 1/2 T peanut butter on each square.
3. Sprinkle ground cinnamon on each square.
4. Once peeled, slice banana into thin slices, layer on 3 of the peanut butter squares.
5. Place the other graham cracker square (peanut butter side face down) on top.

SAILBOAT EGGS
1 Hard boiled egg
½ Teaspoon Mayonnaise
½ Teaspoon Mustard
2 Triangle Tortilla chips

1. Peel hardboiled egg, cut in half.
2. Remove the yolk, mash & mix w/mayonnaise, mustard w/a dash of salt and pepper, divide the mixture & put half in each egg half.
3. Gently push the flat side of the tortilla chip into the egg boat across the yolk mixture (or other option: cut cheese slice into 4 triangles & thread with a pretzel stick for a different "sail").

ORANGE SMILES
1. Cut 1 orange in quarters, and then cut each piece in half lengthwise.
2. Separate the skin from the fruit at each end of the wedge & bend rind down.
3. Arrange standing "smiles" on a plate

CRAZY MIXED UP KABOBS
Assortment of fruit (ie banana, apple, melon) & veggies (ie cucumber, cherry tomatoes)
Cheese squares & Pretzel sticks
1. Cut the fruit, veggies, cheese in thin squares to slide on pretzel.
2. Sprinkle fruit, veggies with lemon or lime juice for extra flavor before sliding on pretzel
