Ingredients
2 4oz Filet medallions
6 21/25 peeled shrimp
4 oz Fett. pasta
Salt/pepper
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 cup parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
-Sauteed filet medallions unitl med.rare
-In separate pan, reduce heavy cream by half; add garlic and salt and pepper to taste
-Add pasta and shrimp; cook shrimp until done
-Place medallions and pasta on plate and top with parmesan cheese
-Bake in broiler for 2 minutes
-Let cool and enjoy!
