Black and Green Olives, Artichoke Hearts, Sundried Tomatoes, Green Onions, Garlic, Basil, Oregano and Shrimp Sauteed In Olive Oil then tossed with Linguine
Recipe:
8 Large Shrimp
1tsp Minced Garlic
½ oz Chopped Black Olives
½ oz Chopped Green Olives
2 oz Artichoke Hearts
1 oz Reconstituted Sun Dried Tomatoes
¼ oz Minced Green Onion
1/8 tsp Dried Basil & Dried Oregano, Mixed
1/8 tsp G. Onion, G. Garlic, W. & B. Pepper, Mixed
4 tbsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to Taste
6 oz Cooked Linguini Pasta
Add 2 Tbsp Olive Oil to a hot saute pan. Let oil come to temperature. Add Shrimp, Green Onions, and Garlic. Saute until shrimp turn opaque. Add Olives, Sundried Tomatoes, Artichoke Hearts, Basil and Oregano Mixture, G. Garlic, G. Onion, White & Black Peppers and Salt.
While still on heat add linguini. Toss pasta with shrimp vegetable mixture. If pasta is dry after being fully warmed, add remainder of olive oil until desired consistency is reached.
