1 stick butter chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
1 cup celery chopped
6 cloves garlic chopped
1 can rotel
1 tomato chopped
1lb crawfish tails
1/2 cup flour
32 oz. chicken broth
Sautee Veggies in butter
Add flour & wisk until smooth. Add rotel, diced tomato & chicken broth, wisk until smooth. Simmer until thick. Add crawfish tails.
