Zea Country Fried BBQ Ribs
Ribs
1 slab of St. Louis Style Spare Ribs
1/4 Cup Dry Meat Rub (Meat Magic)
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
On a sheet pan: Coat the rack of ribs with your meat rub
Wrap ribs with foil (We use plastic wrap and then foil) AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
Bake for 2 to 2.5 hours or until tender
Cool the ribs down
Cut ribs individually when cooled
Coat the ribs individually in seasoned flour
Dip the ribs in whole buttermilk
Bread in seasoned flour again.
Fry for 2 and 1/2 minutes in 100% pure peanut oil and 350 degrees
Sprinkle ribs with meat rub
Apply BBQ sauce to your liking.
Sprinkle ribs with chopped green onions.
Serve with a side of BBQ sauce for dipping
