Chocolate-Dipped Strawberries
3 ounces bittersweet chocolate
2 teaspoons flavorless vegetable oil
1 pint ripe strawberries
Microwave chocolate and oil 1 minute and stir. If it does not completely melt, microwave 15 seconds and stir. Dip cleaned and dried strawberries into chocolate, shake off excess chocolate and place on wax paper to harden, about 30 minutes.
"Perfectly Chocolate" Hot Cocoa
1 cup skim milk
2 tablespoons cocoa mixed with 1 pack Splenda
Stir cocoa and Splenda into milk .Microwave on high 1to 1 1/2 minutes or until hot.
