Chicken Tetrazzini
4 large chicken breast
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 - 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms drained
salt & pepper
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 small pkg. spaghetti
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Boil Chicken in salted water. Save the broth. Cut chicken into pieces. sautee celery, onions, green pepper and mushroom in butter. Mix together everything except the grated cheese.
Place in 13 x 9 in casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese cook at 400 until bubbly.
