Ingredients:
¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbs. sugar or sugar substitute
2 Tbs. butter or margarine, melted
Filling:
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese or low-fat cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling or light cherry pie filling
Directions: In a bowl, combine graham crumbs, sugar and butter. Divide among 8 dessert dishes, about 4 rounded tsp. in each. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add milk until blended. Beat in lemon juice and vanilla. Spoon ¼ cup into each dish. Top with pie filling, about ¼ cup in each. Chill and serve.
