Blue Cheese and Pear Salad Recipe

Recipe for Blue Cheese and Pear Salad



1 bunch Aruglula, torn

1 head Romaine lettuce, torn

3 medium pears, cored and thinly sliced

½ cup walnuts

¼ tsp. black pepper

½ tsp. garlic salt

1/3 cup Feta cheese

blue cheese dressing (lite) to taste



Combine all ingredients (except blue cheese dressing). Toss. Add blue cheese dressing. Sprinkle with walnuts and serve. Serves six. (Note: For a light and cool summer lunch, serve as a side with chilled marinated shrimp and french bread.)
