2 bananas peeled and split and cut in half
4 T butter
4 T lt brown sugar
2 oz Creme de Banana Liquor
2 oz Dark Rum
Melt butter in large skillet over med hi heat.
Add brown sugar and stir until sugar melts. Add bananas and banana liquor.
Gently stir and shake pan being careful not to break up bananas.
Off heat add rum and return to heat and ignite with a long kitchen match.
Shake pan until flames are gone.Serve over ice cream.
