Apple Tart with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
Ingredients:
2 Puff Pastry Sheets
4Granny Smith Apples (peeled and Sliced)
2 cups Sugar
1 tablespoon Ground Cinnamon
Vanilla Ice Cream
Method:
Cut Puff dough into 8 inch circles. Toss Apples in Sugar and Cinnamon and arrange on Puff Pastry. Bake at 375 degrees until dough puffs and turns golden brown. Serve hot from the oven and top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
