That's how our series, Putting It In Park was born.
Monday morning, I called on him to help me out. Dan agreed to come and pick me and Arnell Hamilton up and drive us to work.
Day 7 of Putting It In Park is riding with the boss.
Dan Cates drives a huge Dodge Diesel truck and easily spends about $150 bucks to fill his 30 gallon tank.
He believes some of my ideas so far are good, others are a little "extreme." (Could he be talking about roller skating Friday?)
I told him that I've been getting positive feedback and some ideas from you. From biking to a helium-balloon lawn chair, viewers come up with a variety of ideas.
Hands down, the most popular (and practical) suggestion is biking.
I own a mountain bike and took it to Pathworks Bicycles in Mobile for a tune-up. I got also got some lessons on how to ride on the road.
After my crash course, I'm ready.
On Tuesday, we ride!

OOPS, Misprint it should have been It would be like a fox and hounds chase instead of I’LL. Got to learn to proof read some day.
