WASHINGTON (AP) - The White House says Vice President Joe Biden
is in Iraq.
He's there to visit U.S. troops and meet with Iraqi leaders,
including President Jalal Talabani and Prime Minister Nouri
al-Maliki.
Biden headed to Iraq the same week as U.S. troops handed over
security in cities and urban areas to Iraqis.
The White House says Biden will reiterate the U.S. commitment to
carry out President Barack Obama's plan to withdraw combat forces.
He also will press Iraqi leaders to make more progress toward
political reconciliation. It's his first trip to Iraq as vice
president.

Perhaps. It’s hard to tell.

ty, had me scared. Jo is a joke, obama’s ego keep him in check, but Nazi is nuts and would have us all eating grean jell-o !!

I think it was a joke. He knows how the process works. Hints the smiley faces.

When the office of Vice President becomes vacant for any reason, the President nominates a successor, who must be confirmed by a majority vote of both houses of Congress.

Does that answer your question, Ick?

I think Alexander Haig would automatically come out of hiding and take charge.  LOL

Bob this is up setting if anything happens to him, does that make Nazi pelosi VP? i’m scared Bob

I’m sure they will feel the shock and awe of his presence then feel very, very confused.  LOL
