MONTGOMERY, Ala. (AP) - Former Alabama Gov. Don Siegelman will
speak to a breakfast event for the Colorado delegation during the
Democratic National Convention in Denver.
Siegelman confirmed in an e-mail to The Associated Press that he
had been invited to give a speech to the Colorado delegation.
Siegelman is free on an appeal bond while his conviction in a
federal government corruption case is being appealed.
Democratic Party executive director Jim Spearman said other
states are also interested in Siegelman speaking to them about his
case and allegations that his prosecution was politically
motivated.

Maybe the Ex.Gov/convict can begin his breakfast speech on how he was instrumental in railroading Gov.Hunt out of office….

All Hail to the Thief !!!!!

What a lousy choice for a breakfast speaker…Maybe he can buy a quilt from the ladies from Gee’s Bend before he is locked back up in the Fed pen…

This doesn’t seem too bright.  I could see it maybe after he had won an appeal.  The dude’s still guilty right now.
