Robertsdale dash board cams have a tendency to not be working or the tape dissapears and in quite a few cases not ever allowed in court as evidence.
Mr Stabler was arrested before Mr Kamau of the Police Compliant Center spoke with Robertsdale Assistant Chief Middleton about tapes allegedly shwoing Robertsdale Police Officcer making illegal stops and doing unlawful searches.
I would provide a link showing the conversation and allegations but since they might appear on Channel 5 news I probably can’t post it here.
One thing for sure, it is about time to elect judges in Baldwin County. Appointed magistrates duties lie with the administration that appointed them and not to the citizens so they have no reason to look at evidence or search for the truth. That doesn’t fill the coffers of the city that appointed them and might cost them thier appointment.

Yea thats the ticket.  Lets all leave him alone so he can go out and do it again and again then eventually kill someone.  Drunk drivers should be charged with attempted murder.

You know just because someone is in the public eye does not mean that they are not human. I do not drink therefore I don’t drink and drive, however many people do. This does not make it right for Mr. Stabler or Mr. John Doe. I don’t think he should be treated any differently just because he is a public figure. He should do his time like every other Tom, Dick and Harry, if he did the crime. And that shoud be up to the court system to decide, not the public and press

If it is a common practice to release them to the public, do it.  There is no sense in showing favoritism. Since I am just a Jane Doe, as far a anyone else is concerned, mine would be released in a heartbeat. There would be no questionnaire.
