Animal cruelty officers in Escambia County, Alabama, are investigating a horrible case of animal abuse. Investigator Renee Jones says a pitbull was tied up to the back of a pick-up truck and then dragged for miles down Highway 113 in Flomaton. "If this dog could talk, he could tell us who and when and where and even how this happened, but Ill bet hed ask these same questions we have....why? Why?" says Jones.
