Brewton teen charged in grade changing scandal

BREWTON, AL (WKRG) - A teenager has been arrested and charged with felony computer tampering in a grade-changing scandal at W.S. Neal High School in East Brewton.

Matthew Hutchins,18, is accused of using a computer to change grades for himself and possibly others, the sheriff's office confirms. 

The Alabama Attorney General's office was called in to help investigate

The teenager was released from jail on a $5,000 bond.
