UPDATE: Missing 72-Year-Old Man Found

ORANGE BEACH, Ala. (WKRG) - UPDATE Sunday January 14th, 2017

According to a post from the Orange Beach Police Department, Mr. Spear has been located.  No further details about how he was found, where he was found or what happened were immediately available.  

UPDATE Saturday Jan. 13, 2017

Alabama Law Enforcement says Mr. Spear may have been in the Rogersville area of Lauderdale County, Alabama on the morning of January 12,2018.  Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of James “Jim” Spear, Jr, please contact the Orange Beach Police Department at (251) 981-9777 or call 911.

The Orange Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating 72-year-old James "Jim" Ernest Spear, Jr. 

Police say Spear may be suffering from a condition that may impair his judgment.

The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency says Spear left his residence in Orange Beach on January 10, headed to Huntsville. 

Officials say his last known location is Talladega, Alabama on that same day. 

Police say Spear may be traveling in a red 2012 Suzuki Equator pickup truck with Alabama tag #5AW1376.

Spear is 6'3" tall and weighs 210 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
