guns in their cars while at work under a bill that will likely be
signed by the governor.
The bill passed the Senate today. The House already passed an
identical version. Governor Charlie Crist says the bill has a good
chance of getting his signature, adding that "the Second Amendment
is very important."
Supporters of the bill say people have a constitutional right to
carry firearms and should be able to keep guns in their cars for
protection. Business owners argue they have a constitutional right
to set the rules on their own property.
The bill says businesses can't prohibit employees or customers
from keeping a legally owned gun locked inside their cars -- that's
if the gun owner has a permit to carry a concealed weapon. But some
places, such as schools and prisons, wouldn't have to comply.

Pensacola Baby Shot

But, If you had a gun too… that could even a few things out wouldnt it? Sure, there are some guys at school that I would NEVER want to be in the same room with if they had a gun. Say they pulled it out like so many kids are doing these days. Well, if that law had passed a few weeks ago and there were other people with guns on campus, I am sure that he would be shot before he did nearly as much damage as he could have been had the other students been unarmed.
