(AP) Police in Middletown, in southwest Ohio, say they picked up a woman last weekend after finding her dressed up in a cow suit, chasing children down the street and blocking traffic.

Major Mark Hoffman says Michelle Allen threatened police and even urinated on a nearby porch before she was taken into custody. There was alcohol on her breath and Allen slurred her words, according to police.

Allen is no stranger to the law. Hoffman says she has been arrested more than 50 times, on charges ranging from theft to prostitution.

Allen pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to a month in jail.

Hoffman says while in court, Allen was challenging people to "suck her udders".

I never heard of those symptoms being related to Mad Cow Disease but since she never challenged the conviction, would that be a case of No Spine Bovine?

ah excuse me, but i would say there is no possiblity of rehabilitating her so just lock her up and throw away the key. she is just mocking the criminal justice system. what little we have.
