Police say on April 26th Audrea Whitehurst was walking up and down the aisles when a man she's never met begins to follow her.
He makes his way through the crowd to keep up...and once Whitehurst turns down another aisle, the man sprays her with some sort of chemical.
"She probably didn't know exactly what was going on other than that she had been sprayed with something and it begins to burn her back and legs," said Mobile Police Department Spokesperson Officer Eric Gallichant.
Mobile Police have sent the clothing that Whitehurst wore that day to a forensics lab for testing to see what kind of chemical was sprayed on her.
