Alabama Senator who took matters into his own hands last session will have to wait a few more days to see if he faces any consequences.
An ethics complaint was filed against Republican Senator Charles Bishop after he punched Democratic Senator Lowell Barron. It happened last year on the Senate floor.
The Alabama Senate Ethics Committee met this morning for an hour. They have decided to meet again January 31. The committee says it will make a decision before the legislative session starts February 5.

Barron kept running off at the mouth and started getting personal, calling Bishop a SOB so he got popped. Shut him up real quick.
