A grand jury indicted 49-year-old Lance Holsey September 28th, charging him with 2 counts of rape, 2 counts of sodomy, sexual abuse and incest.
Police could not find him since the indictment, so they brought in the U.S. Marshals.
Ross Hebert, a spokesman for the U.S. Marshals Service, says Holsey turned himself in at 6:40 p.m.
