Mobile Police have arrested a Theodore man for 1st degree rape. 22-Year-old Matthew Dixon is also charged with two counts of giving alcohol to a minor.
Police say it all happened on December 15th of last year at Dixon's home on Hillview Road. They say Dixon gave alcohol to two girls, and had sex with one of them. She was under the age of 16. Dixon is being held in the Mobile Metro Jail without bond for the rape charge.
