I am glad they are addressing the issue of animal cruelty, which this clearly is, but what about all the other abused and neglected animals that go unheeded even after reports are filed to the “authorities.” It sickens me to see horses near dead because they are so emaciated, yet nothing is done.

Maybe this will be a wake up call, and those that have the power to change things will get tougher on animal cruelty prosecution.
