BERLIN (AP) - A German weekly says a man held hostage for twohours by a teenager who had just gone on a shooting spree at a high
school wanted to attack a second school and said he had killed for
fun.
Stern weekly is quoting Igor Wolf, the hostage, as saying that
17-year-old Tim Kretschmer burst into his car March 11, put a gun
to his head and forced him to drive at high speed after fleeing the
school where he had perpetrated a bloodbath.
Wolf is quoted as saying that Kretschmer asked him if they could
find another school. He said he had killed "because it's fun."
Excerpts from the interview, to be published Thursday, were
released in advance Wednesday.
Kretschmer killed 15 people before turning his gun on himself.
