reminding taxpayers there are still a few days left to make
charitable donations to lower their 2007 federal taxes.
There have been a few changes in IRS tax law this year,
including a requirement of written proof for all charitable
donations.
Dan Boone with the I-R-S tells W-E-R-C in Birmingham that credit
card donations made by the end of the year can still be deducted
even if the credit card bill is not paid until next year.
Also, if you are older than 70, you can give up to $100,000 from

You can also give up to $12,000 to anyone without incurring a
gift tax.
