Five months after Bobby Wilson was beaten and robbed at his Spanish Fort Texaco station, police have finally made an arrest.Eric Buzbee turned himself into Spanish Fort Police around 8:30 tonight after learning the grand jury indicted him on 2 counts of capital murder. Buzbee was first arrested in September on unrelated charges not long after police served a search warrant on his mobile home. He has since been considered a "person of interest," but had not been charged with the murder until now.
Buzbee was taken to the Baldwin County Jail in Bay Minette. News 5 got exclusive video of his arrival.
Bobby Wilson was the owner of Wilson's Service Station, a shop he had run since 1961. The 71-year-old was beaten and robbed August 11th. He died three days after Christmas.
Eric Buzbee's attorney, John Beck, says the charges are two counts of capital murder because it involves the commission of two crimes, robbery and burglary.

SumOneILove; I understand your feelings, if he is the person who did this to Bobbie Wilson I worry for him. Bobbie was one of the best people I’ve had the pleasure to know. I’m just glad “this person” turned himself in, it may bring things to a close sooner. May God continue to be with the Wilson family.
