Severe weather passed through the Central Gulf Coast Thursday evening. Severe thunderstorm warnings, tornado warnings, and even flash flood warnings were reported. Sporadic wind damage including trees down were reported in several areas:

• Storm Spotters report trees down between Lucedale and Merrill in George County along Highway 198. Another tree down west of the US 98/MS 198 intersection.
• 6 miles NE of Lucedale [George Co, MS] law enforcement reports TSTM WND DMG trees down in Rocky Creek.
• Bexley [George Co, MS] law enforcement reports TSTM WND DMG trees down on Hwy 198 in Bexley.
• Chatom [Washington Co, AL] EMA reports TSTM WND DMG trees down near Chatom.
• Coffeeville [Choctaw Co, AL] EMA reports TSTM WND DMG trees and power lines down on Hwy 69 near mile marker 33.
• 2 miles south of Thomasville [Clarke Co, AL] EMA reports TSTM WND DMG trees and power lines down.
• Walker Springs [Clarke Co, AL] EMA reports TSTM WND DMG trees and power lines down.
• Evergreen [Conecuh Co, AL] EMA reports TSTM WND DMG trees down in Evergreen.
• Evergreen [Conecuh Co, AL] EMA reports HAIL of nickel size (M0.88 INCH) nickel hail reported in Evergreen.
• Tanner Williams [Mobile Co, AL] National Weather Service employee reports FLASH FLOOD on Tanner Williams road 1.6 miles west of Big Creek Lake.
• Milton [Santa Rosa Co, FL] storm chaser reports FLASH FLOOD on Berrydale Road near Milton.

Heavy winds also ripped the roof and back porch off a home in Washington County.
Terry Carney tells News 5 that the storms tore the roof off her sister's home near Chatom. The back porch was also damaged.
