The Alabama State Department of Education has decided that Spanish Fort Elementary will make up the two missed school days as follows:

* Friday, Jan. 25, and Friday, Feb. 22, will be full days, not a half-days as previously scheduled on the school calendar. These two half-days will count as one make-up day.

* Monday, Feb. 4, will be a regular school day. We will be out of school on Tuesday, Feb. 5, for Mardi Gras as scheduled.

Buses will run on these days and lunch will be served as usual.
