JACKSON, Miss. (AP) - Army Spc. Benjamin K. Brosh, who died in a
vehicle blast in Iraq on April 18, will be buried today in Biloxi.
The funeral service will be at noon at Our Lady of Fatima
Catholic Church. Burial will follow at the Biloxi National
Cemetery.
The 22-year-old's hometown is listed by the military as Colorado
Springs, Colo., where his mother lives.
He's described as an adventurous man who wanted to be on the
front lines protecting his buddies and a caring person who enjoyed
passing out soccer balls to Iraqi children.
His father James Brosh of Biloxi says his son was scared but he
had the courage to overcome it.
James Brosh says of his son -- quote -- the Army was his life.
Benjamin Brosh was assigned to D. Company, 2nd Battalion, 327th
Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne
Division.

My deepest heartfelt THANKS to this man and his family for his service. God bless our troops and their families!!
