According to Santa Roas County's Public Information Officer, Joy Tsubooka, the Northwest Florida Water Management District is conducting two large controlled burns today (Sunday) and tomorrow.
Authorities say there is no cause for alarm, although winds are gusting today in the 20 mph range and humidity is low, in the 20 to 40 percent range.
